OUR SECURITY Your office easily sends your claims to us via our website which is protected against view from anyone else. Normally if you were to send a file from your computer it is sent as plain text. This being so there is the potential that a hacker could intercept it and use the information for his or her own personal use. With HIPAA, your office is responsible for safeguarding this personal, highly delicate information. WNC Medical Claims Secure Server Layer (SSL) feature encrypts your client name, password and information before sending it. Our security level has a 128-bit encryption level, in other words, the highest encryption technology available. There is a one time set up fee of $200.00 (non-refundable) per healthcare provider. Electronic claims are $0.40 each ($100.00 per month base fee per site covers the first 200 claims) and paper claim mailings are only $0.49.
